Korean National Health Insurance Holders

A referral letter (요양급여의뢰서) from a primary or secondary care clinic should be brought in order to initiate co-payment with KNHIC (Korean National Health Insurance Corp.) at the tertiary-level Hanyang University Medical Center. If you don’t have it, you must visit Family Medicine Department (가정의학과) to request a referral letter prior to have a consultation in specialty departments. (Exception: Emergency, Dental care, Rehabilitation, and Family medicine services can be covered without a referral).

- GAP (Global Assistance Partners) : for coverage details, call 02-723-8839 / Int. +82-2-723-8839 * Patient should contact the insurance company prior to every appointment to issue a guarantee of payment letter.

Other Personal Insurance Policy Holders

Pay and claim by self * English Receipt, Medical Report (chargeable), Medical cost breakdowns can be provided.

Students sponsored by Saudi Arabian Government

We support for direct billing for all covered services. (For coverage details, call Saudi Arabian Cultural Mission at 02-744-6471) * Prior to activation, we must confirm your status from Saudi Arabian Embassy. If you get medical services during Non-working hours, Weekends, and National Holidays, you must pay in full then visit International Healthcare Center with your payment receipts on normal working hours to get a refund.

Hanyang Foundation staff members and their family / Hanyang University Students

Please bring your member’s ID card and Alien registration card.
It is preferable to prepare a discount certificate to bring in advance but we can help you on the date of visit.
