HUHRD is Korea’s first and only specialized hospital dedicated for rheumatic diseases providing seamless integrated clinical care and pioneering research since 1998. Each year HUHRD organizes and hosts HUHRD Annual International Symposium gathering researchers in rheumatic diseases from both Korea and the world.

The theme of this year’s symposium is “Advancing Clinical and Translational Research in SLE”. This year marks the 19th anniversary of HUHRD. Around 30 distinguished international researchers will be presenting at the conference. The symposium will bring together researchers who are engaged in studying SLE in various field of clinical and translational research continuum. It will be a platform for participants to discuss the current situation and challenges related to clinical and translational research in SLE.
